Waves Athleisure Return Policy

At Waves Athleisure, we’re committed to making sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, our returns policy is here to support you.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date.

  • For items returned after this period, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Socks are non-refundable.*
     

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Email our Customer Service team at hello@wavesathleisure.com to start your return.

    • Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions.

    • Repack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email for shipping your return.

    • Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.
       

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
     

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
     

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service at hello@wavesathleisure.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
     

Return Shipping Costs

  • Delivery costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for all goods until they reach us. We cannot issue refunds for items that are not returned safely or are lost during transit. Please package items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
